Thank you for your interest in contacting me for mentoring.
A great mentoring relationship is built on a strong two-way commitment and a clearly established communication framework. My experience with mentoring for well over a decade shows that most prospective mentees have not fully thought through their expectations from a mentoring relationship. So, while I am likelier than not to accept new mentees, I am also conscious that many people are not very familiar with how to get the best out of a mentoring relationship. This mismatch in expectations is often stressful for both mentor and mentee.
Simply put, the onus lies with you as the mentee to make the relationship work. You need to come in prepared with a clear need through which you expect a mentor to guide you, and the willingness to do your best work. Some times, a relationship progresses from being a mentoring relationship to being a coaching relationship.
After learning a little about you through the form below, I might request for additional information from you by email, and probably proceed to schedule a call with you. Our conversation may then continue by email as is convenient for both of us over the course of a month or two. If needed, I may then propose a coaching agreement, which will be a paid service. I am confident in my ability to provide the right perspective to help you grow from your current life stage to the next level.
I look forward to learning more about you.
