Founded in November 2008 in the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, The F.A.I.T.H. Initiative is a youth-development organization seeking to improve leadership, entrepreneurship, education and community development in Nigeria. The vision of The F.A.I.T.H. Initiative (TFI) is “to serve as a bridge between young people and a desirable future; leveraging the power of civic engagement, innovation, passion and public service to build a socially and economically prosperous Nigeria”.
Focus Areas
• Leadership Development: to raise a generation of responsible and trust-worthy leaders equipped with the requisite managerial expertise for social development in the civil society, the corporate sector and in governmental circles.
• Enterprise Development: to introduce innovative strategies for raising, equipping and promoting young people in business and social enterprise.
• Education Development: to reform the education system through a comprehensive restructuring of the curricula, infrastructure and instructional models of schools.
At The F.A.I.T.H. Initiative, we encourage youth development through the employment of self-discovery strategies and seeking pragmatic solutions to problems.
THE SPEECH ACADEMY

The Speech Academy is an elocution and public speaking training institute located in Ibadan, Nigeria. With a mission to raise model speakers for the 21st century, The Speech Academy has facilitated several trainings with clients ranging from company CEOs to university professors, clergy men, civil servants, university students, speaking contestants, high school kids and 7-year old children. With more than 150 graduates, The Speech Academy presently organizes periodic 5-week sessions within the University of Ibadan and trains extensively at The Vale College, Ibadan and Lead City High School, Ibadan.
